Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the second hand and antique business it is our policy not to offer returns and refunds unless the piece has been damaged in transit and is not as pictured or described on the listing within the site. If an item has been viewed and purchased in store, then no refunds are available if a customer changes their mind, either before or after receipt.
In line with distance selling regulations customers ordering online can exercise the right to a refund for any reason, however they must inform us of their intentions within 14 days of receipt of the item and the the item must be returned back to us strictly within 14 days after that notification. Failure to adhere to these regulations will mean our own refund policy will then apply and any refund will be at the discretion of the business owners.
